2003 Detroit Chaos Motivational Figure

Jimmy Chitwood

After viewing the movie Hoosiers, it can be determined that Jimmy Chitwood missed approximately 4 shots during the entire 1954 basketball season in which Milan High School won the Indiana basketball championship.  Chitwood was the definition of clutch.  Milan High saddled up on Chitwood's back and he carried them to the state final.  His best quote of the movie came at the end when the coach drew up a play for someone else with the game tied and seconds left.  The players looked away in disgust at the play, the coach yells "What's the matter with you guys?" Jimmy replies, "I'll make it."  Jimmy then sticks the jumper for the win. Does the Detroit Chaos have a Jimmy Chitwood?
