| The Chaos have been introduced to some real
inspirations over the years, but David Morales Colon might be the most
incredible source of inspiration yet.
Look at this picture of this incredible man. Only 22 years old, his
riding posture and confident attitude suggest that he has perfected the
skill of riding a high-powered performance motorcycle. But look again--
that is a strange place for a Superbike, it appears to be indoors and in
a rather austere but upscale setting. In fact, it is in a funeral home,
and our inspiration is in fact dead.
That's right- Mr. Morales has not let something so trivial as being
dead detract from his love of riding his motorcycle.
Now I'm sure that some of the Chaos team members past and present
might have been called a 'stiff' at one time or another. But I hardly
believe that anyone on the roster would be as dedicated as our new
friend David. Step it up and make sure that you are as dedicated to the
Chaos and Hockey as he is to cycling.
Let's not concern ourselves with curiosities such as what kind of
structure it takes to keep his head in that position, or how they might
keep the temperature in the open air low enough for his body not to
decompose, whether his eyes are open or closed, how they will get his
now seated and rigid body into a normal casket, or any of those trivial
matters. Or how proud his family must be, and how this unique display
helps them grieve. Just focus on the example of dedication that is in
front of you. Don't let anything keep you from your passion!
